The Rugby Football Club Los Angeles side will be hoping to raise some money in the upcoming clash against the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua next week and direct all the proceeds to those who were affected in the recent wildfire in Los Angeles.

RFCLA Coach Stephen Hoiles says it has been a very difficult week for the people of Los Angeles and they have had a few of their players that have been evacuated.

The RFCLA side arrived in the country today and is looking forward to this historic match against the Drua.

Hoiles says the team is very excited about this match as it is a big trip for their team, especially when they are playing against a good side.

He says a lot of them have seen the Fijian Drua play for many years in the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific competition and they are really excited.

He adds Fiji is a very good part of the world to come and play rugby and see where the team is at in terms of performance.

The Los Angeles club from Major League Rugby will take on the Drua at 3pm next Friday at Churchill Park.

The match will be accessible to as many fans as possible, and the ticket prices are $5 for the grass embankment and $10 for the stands.

Tickets will be available for sale online at drua.flicket.io as well as at Jack’s of Fiji outlets, XL Sports outlets and Damodar.
