FMF Bula Festival has always raised much needed funds for charitable causes and to provide family oriented entertainment for the people of Nadi and beyond.

While speaking during the closing, President Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu says many lives have been transformed through funds directed towards healthcare, education, community work and many more good causes.

He also turned attention to Fiji’s growing crises of illicit drugs and its link to the rising number of HIV cases, especially among the youth.

Ratu Naiqama says illicit drug abuse is now fueling the HIV cases in young children, who will be our future.

He says everyone must address this issue to safeguard the health and future of the children.

The President also expressed gratitude for the traditional welcome by the Vanua o Nalagi and Turaga na Tui Nawaka, acknowledging the deep cultural heritage of the region.

Meanwhile, Miss Lion of Judah Security Services Lagilagi, Alumeci Davu was crowned as Miss Bula Festival 2025.

Ratu Naiqama commended all the Queen contestants for their courage and commitment to representing their families and communities on a national stage.
