The Pre-Trial Conference for Apisai Madigibuli, who allegedly murdered his 25-year-old wife last year, will begin on the 21st of July.
Madigibuli’s lawyer has requested an additional 14 days from the High Court to allow for the transfer of the case to another lawyer.
Madigibuli is charged with one count of murder.
It is alleged that he killed his wife at an apartment complex along Robertson Road in Suva in April last year.
