Vasitia Bolabiu.

Vasitia Bolabiu who is a survivor of porn addiction has shared how being addicted to pornographic material left her depressed, disgusted with herself and completely lonely.

While speaking at the Fiji Free from Porn Awareness which was organized by People’s Alliance member Lynda Tabuya, Bolabiu says she was only 14 years old when she was exposed to the drug known as pornography and watched it out of curiosity.

She says she had friends who were sexually active at such a young age and they were proud of it.

Bolabiu says she received a new phone during that time and this is where it all began.

The 24 year old further says she had always pictured sex to be fun and exciting just as she had seen in the videos but all this was a lie and her first experience ended on a horrible note.

Bolabiu says she was devastated and this left her being insecure about herself.

She adds she would feel guilty down to her core after every video and felt even more depressed many times after watching it.

Bolabiu says this went on until 2020 when she got so tired and decided to give in.

She says she realized the need for God to move in her life so she could overcome her addiction to pornography.

Bolabiu says she has been free of the addiction for over a year now and for the first time she feels good about herself.
