Police officers have been advised to wear face masks from today.
Commissioner Sitiveni Qiliho says their work requires constant interaction with the public and lessons learnt from the first and second wave has made him take this proactive measure.
He says previously they had a very high infection rate of more than 25 percent.
Qiliho says it is part of his duty of care to members of the Force.
