Police investigate complaint of the alleged sexual assault of a 25 year old woman at her workplace in Suva

An official Police report has been lodged regarding the alleged sexual assault of a 25 year old woman at her workplace in Suva on the night of 24th of August.

Police say the victim was allegedly drinking with seven other co-workers near her workplace, and after a short while, left to sleep in the women's dormitory. When she woke up the next day, she alleges that she was wearing different clothes and had visible marks on her body.

A report was lodged at Totogo Police Station last night as investigations continue.
