The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team is prioritising individual play over teamwork.
Coach Osea Kolinisau says this is one of the key weaknesses he is reminding the players to avoid in their pursuit of success.
Kolinisau says while the team started well in the Vancouver 7s, the players eventually strayed from the game plan they had been taught during training.
He says the team’s focus is on improving on their weaknesses from their last tournament as they prepare for the upcoming Hong Kong 7s.
Fiji is in Pool A alongside Argentina, Ireland, and the USA.
The Hong Kong 7s will take place from March 28th to 30th.
