A person of interest is now in custody in relation to the death of a 17-year-old boy in Makoi on Friday night.
This has been confirmed by Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro who says investigations are continuing.
The boy was found by a relative lying motionless inside his bedroom.
Prior to the discovery, a friend of the victim came by and was known to the family to be spending the night.
Police say when the relative checked on the two at around 10pm, she discovered the friend missing and the victim lying motionless.
The cause of death is yet to be confirmed.
