You will soon be able to identify where you will be casting your votes in the upcoming general election as the Fijian Elections Office has launched its Polling Venue Directory.

Supervisor of Elections, Mohammed Saneem confirms there are a total of 1,468 polling venues around the country.

Saneem says following this launch, soft copies of the Polling Venue Directory will be distributed via USB drives to respective political parties, secondary schools and major libraries around the country while hard copies will be made available to major stakeholders.

He has also highlighted that the Fijian Elections Office has completed various tasks and procedures and is now ready for the general elections.

Meanwhile four SUV trucks have been donated to the Fijian Elections Office by the Indian High Commission today to assist in the preparation and running of operations leading up to and during the upcoming General Election.
