Payment of school levies can't be a precondition of entry - Radrodro

We have spoken to the concerned school and told them that payment of school levies cannot be a precondition for entry.

Minister for Education, Aseri Radrodro highlighted this to the media today when asked about concerns raised about payment of school levies outside Parliament.

Radrodro says payment of levies should be voluntary and they have been reassured by the concerned school that this will be the status given to new students enrolling from next year.

When asked about households earning less than $30,000 being given a subsidy, Radrodro says no.
