Over 10,000 high school students and other visitors attended Day 1 of the FNU Open Day at the Nasinu, Natabua and Naduna campuses yesterday.

The FNU Open Day has been commended by Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama as he made a surprise visit at the Nasinu Campus.

Bainimarama says FNU had organised a great Open Day event to inform and help students make better decisions in their academic career.

He says after seeing the photos of the students on social media, he decided to go and have a look.

Bainimarama adds his message to the high school students is to work hard.
