Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s coach Ben Gollings believes that they have the calibre of players that can execute their aim to win the Dubai 7s this weekend.

Despite missing the services of veteran playmaker, Jerry Tuwai, Gollings is confident that captain Waisea Nacuqu will have the backing from his experienced players with the likes of Josua Vakurinabili, Sevuloni Mocenacagi and Alasio Naduva.

Gollings says players like Joseva Talacolo, Jeremaia Matana, Pilipo Bukayaro, Filipe Sauturaga and Vuiviawa Naduvalo have proved that the depth in the squad is not only achieved with years of playing.

Fiji will meet Uruguay at 7.22pm tonight in their first match, they will face New Zealand at 10.11pm tonight and play Argentina at 4.05am tomorrow in their final pool match.

The quarter-finals will start at 6.50pm tomorrow, the semi-finals will begin at 10.39pm tomorrow, and the final will be held at 3.26am Sunday.
