Nothing is impossible working with males as women can also do what men do despite facing any challenges along the way.

While speaking to fijivillage News Fiji Gas supply chain officer Anaseini Toganivalu says being the 10th female among 60 males and as a mother of one, sometimes it's difficult to work with men however looking at her uniform she feels happy and proud to be doing what others may not like or prefer to do.

Toganivalu says we often hear people saying that men are a barrier to a woman's success however, this is not true because if we want to work hard and earn money then we would choose any profession.

She says we need to challenge ourselves and do things which are known prominently for men.

The 33-year-old further says says programmes and events like International Women's Day are inspiring and effective as they get to share their stories which motivates them as well.
