It was a night filled with glamour, fun and laughter as the Mindpearl Awards Night returned after a lapse of 3 years.

About 1,300 staff were present at the Vodafone Arena where 15 different categories of awards were up for grabs.

Human Resources Manager Sanjesh Nandan won the prestigious Employee of the Year Award.

Nandan has been with Mindpearl for 10 years and was promoted to his current position 3 years ago.

Nandan says he was shocked when his name was announced as the winner for Employee of the Year.

He says the company went through a lot and he will keep pushing forward and keep the business growing.

Mindpearl General Manager Erik Van Duivenbode says the awards night is to highlight some of their employees that go above and beyond for their service and to show appreciation to the staff.
