Good news for the students of Naqara Primary School in Ono, Kadavu as they have received much-needed classroom furniture including desks and chairs.

The school has a roll of 50 students and recently, they have been experiencing difficulties due to the lack of adequate furniture, which has impacted students' learning.

While officiating at the handing over, Assistant Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister, Sakiusa Tubuna says the provision of the classroom furniture would significantly benefit the students in their academic achievements.

Tubuna also had the opportunity to see the school's facilities and engaged in face-to-face discussions with the villagers.
