New Zealand wins back to back in Singapore edging Argentina 19-17

Fiji settles for bronze and is 3rd in the overall standings

New Zealand are champions again in Singapore after beating Argentina 19-17.

The win follows on from their victory at Hong Kong last week.

New Zealand now leads the series standings with 164 points, while Argentina has 140 points and Fiji is third with 130 points.

Meanwhile, the Fiji Airways Men’s 7s team won the bronze title after defeating Samoa 24-19 in a tough and physical encounter.

Samoa was in the lead at half time 12-7.

Fiji bounced back in the second half.

Terio Tamani scored a double while Iowane Teba and Joseva Talacolo scored a try each.
