The Fiji Roads Authority has confirmed that the Navudi, Navai, Vunivere, Nakorotari and Rokosalate Bridges are closed to all access due to flooding caused by continuous heavy rain since last night in Seaqaqa, Labasa.

FRA has also confirmed that Navakuru Road, Vuniyalayala Road, Nasarava Road, Naduna Road, Urata Road and Siberia Road in Labasa are closed to all traffic.

They are urging people to remain vigilant while travelling.

Meanwhile, a resident from Seaqaqa, Davendra Prasad also informed fijivillage News that they have been experiencing heavy rain since last night and the bridges were flooded a few hours later.

Prasad says travelling is restricted for safety.

Meanwhile, a Flash Flood Warning remains in force for all flash flood-prone areas, small streams and low-lying areas of Northern and Western Viti Levu from Nadi through to Ba, Rakiraki to Nausori while a Flash Flood Alert remains for low-lying areas of Viti Levu and Vanua Levu.
