The winning entry by Sunita Prasad who is a retired health care worker of the Navtarang

The winner of the Navtarang "Ande ka Funda" promotion sponsored by Ram Sami and Sons says despite the lifting of most COVID-19 protocols, those who are vulnerable should continue to follow COVID-19 safe measures such as wearing a mask and avoiding crowds.

Sunita Prasad who is a retired health care worker says there are cases of COVID-19 within our community and people should be careful.

Meanwhile, Prasad says she spent about a week making the plant hanger that won her $250.

She says she made a plant hanger that shows ways in which egg shells and crates can be used in gardening, decorated coconut shells with egg shells and made bunny and chicken figures using shells.

The Nakasi resident further says she does not have any plans on how the money will be spent but says there will be a small celebration at home.

Prasad adds she has plans to spend the day with her two sons, their family and her husband this Easter.

She is urging people of all races in Fiji to come together and celebrate Easter this weekend.

Sheemal Narayan has won $150 while Jaya Chandra won $100.

Good Friday will be celebrated tomorrow.
