Nasilasila to feature for Malolo in Skipper Cup final

Former Fiji 7s rep Amenoni Nasilasila will line up for the Malolo rugby side when they take on Naitasiri in the Skipper Cup final this Saturday.

This was confirmed to fijivillage News by Malolo Rugby President, Ratu Jone Tuilawa, this morning.

Nasilasila has been named on the bench and is expected to add firepower to their backline.

Meanwhile, veteran prop Ratu Meli Kurisaru will team up with Josevata Natoga and Amasa Tamanigaunavou in the front row, while Peniasi Ratu and Isaia Rugu will partner in the locks.

Captain Imanueli Bari will combine with Vilikesa Kurubola as flankers, and Aminiasi Naituyaga will start at number 8.

Simeli Karacia will link up with Viliame Nalolo at the halves, while Pita Kubuiqele Kameli and Tomasi Tawake will start on the wings.

Joseva Tamata and Esala Nalobo are in the centres, and Douglas Daveta will start at fullback.

Malolo will take on Naitasiri at 3pm Saturday at the HFC Bank Stadium.

In other matches, Namosi will face Suva at 11am in the Marama Cup final, while Naitasiri will meet Nadi at 1pm in the U20 final.
