Naitonitoni Road from the roundabout to Praveens Kava access road in Navua will be closed from 9pm to 4am on Monday and Tuesday due to height restriction works on the Navua Bridge.
Fiji Roads Authority says these works are essential for ensuring the safety and structural integrity of the bridge.
FRA is encouraging drivers to use alternative routes including the access through Vakacegu Road, Thompson Park Back Road, then onto Naitonitoni Road and access through Tokotoko Road, Thompson Park Back Road, then onto Naitonitoni Road.
They say a full Traffic Management Plan will be implemented to assist all road users.
The Authority is also advising people plan their travel accordingly to minimise any inconvenience caused.
