Naitasiri to bank on senior players for Skipper Cup glory

Naitasiri will be banking on their senior players to take the leading role in this week's Skipper Cup final against defending champions Suva.

Some experienced players featuring for Naitasiri includes Joeli Veitayaki, Seremaia Naureure, Sireli Kaloucava and Epeli Ratabacaca.

They played a critical role in their 20-17 victory against Nadroga in the semi-final leading by example in their defence and attack.

Kaloucava scored twice in last week's semifinal.

Kaloucava, Veitayaki and Naureure have played for Naitasiri in most of their matches this season.

Naitasiri will face Suva at 6pm at the ANZ Stadium this Saturday.

At 2pm is the Women’s final between Naitasiri and Lautoka and at 4pm Namosi will face Nadroga in the U-19 final.
