Despite their 18-5 loss to Nadi in round four of the Skipper Cup Under-20 competition, the Naitasiri side is determined to make amends and deliver a strong performance in the final this Saturday.

Coach Dan Ligairi says the team will need to stay humble and maintain pressure against a Nadi side that previously tested them.

Ligairi praised the players for their commitment in the 17–12 semifinal win over Suva, dedicating the victory to the coaching staff for their continuous guidance and support.

He adds that despite early challenges, Naitasiri’s consistency and teamwork saw them finish at the top of the points table in the round-robin stage.

Naitasiri will take on Nadi in the Under-20 final at 1pm.

Meanwhile, Namosi will face Suva in the Subrails Marama Cup final at 11am, and Naitasiri will meet Malolo in the Skipper Cup final at 3pm.

All matches will be played at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva this Saturday.
