The New Zealand All Whites have qualified for 2026 FIFA World Cup after defeating New Caledonia 3-nil in the OFC Qualifier final.

Michael Boxall, Kosta Barbarouses and Elijah Just scored for All Whites.

It was a nervy evening – much more than expected – as captain Chris Wood limped off injured early in the second half.

Fans were celebrating as this is the third New Zealand team that has secured it's spot in the FIFA World Cup.

New Zealand earlier thrashed Fiji 7-nil in the semi final.

The FIFA World Cup will commence on the 11th of June next year.

The tournament will feature 48 teams played across 16 host cities in three countries Canada, Mexico and the United States.
