Multi-million dollar “Hub Complex” in Lautoka expected to be ready by June

HFC Bank has signed a multi-million dollar partnership with Pacifique Du Sud Properties and Development Pte Limited to finance a major commercial project which will help stimulate economic growth in Lautoka.

HFC Bank has not revealed the loan amount.

Works are underway at the Hub Complex in Waiyavi, Lautoka which is expected to be ready by June this year.

Pacifique Du Sud Properties and Development Ltd Director, Rajend Nath says the complex will offer a one-stop shopping experience and boast a wide variety of retail and hardware outlets, a supermarket, a food court and entertainment.

Nath says the complex promises an exciting experience unlike any other for the people in the West.

HFC CEO Rakesh Ram says they are here to support the needs of local businesses that invest in the growth of the quality of life for Fijians.

Bank’s Head of Business - West, Vandhana Sharma says the innovation will contribute immensely to the economy by bringing growth and development to the economy.
