Pacific Games gold medallist Kelera Mudunasoko is making waves in the local swimming competition and is ready to participate in the upcoming 2025 Pacific Mini Games in Palau.
The 17-year-old competed in the 2025 National Schools Age Group Swimming Championships, where she won three gold and a bronze.
Mudunasoko created havoc in the pool as she broke two records in the Girl's 17 to 19-year-old 50-metre Breaststroke with a time of 34.60 seconds and the Girl's 17 to 19-year-old 200-metre Breaststroke with a time of 2 minutes and 57.67 seconds.
She will be hoping to claim gold again in the Women’s 200-metre Breaststroke in Palau, where she won Fiji’s first gold medal during the 2023 Pacific Games.
The Pacific Mini Games will be held from June 29th to July 9th.
