More than 18,000 people from all walks of life turned up to the Vodafone Arena for the final day of Fiji Showcase 2024.

With entertainment on the Vodafone External Stage and the Goodman Fielder Internal Stage, people were treated to some amazing shows from the likes of Australian dance group Mr. Mr, Brazilian magician and juggler Piva and the Vou Dance Company; more then what they paid for.

Radio personalities from the 5 stations at Communications Fiji Limited - FM96, Viti FM, Legend FM, Navtarang and Radio Sargam also took centre stage to interact with their fans and listeners who also turned up in numbers to see them face-to-face.

People also took advantage of the great prices that were on offer at the different stalls.

43-year-old Nasoni Tuilevuka travelled all the way from Korovou in Tailevu for some great deals.

Tuilevuka says it has been a while since the last time he came to a Fiji Showcase and he tried to make time from his busy work schedule to come on the last day.

He says the entry fee was worth it and he was treated to more than what he paid for.

Komeri Tabukewe says he wanted to take his family out and there was no better place to take them then to Fiji Showcase.

The 35-year-old says he wanted to make use of his day off and treat his family to a nice day out.

He says they enjoyed the entertainment from Mr. Mr and also the Vou Dance Company.

Social media influencer Isiikeli Savu says he was overwhelmed with the price of goodies he saw tonight.

He says he could not believe the turn out tonight beacause the arena was jam packed.

Another social media influencer and Savu's partner Shania Singh says people had one lucky week to experience the show and she wishes she had attended the event earlier.

She says people have been walking out of the arena with their spoils and busineses have been taking their share of the money as well.

Nabukelevu, Kadavu farmer Luke Rawai says they had been taking advantage of the sale throughout the week where they purchased a 40 inch TV last night and a washing machine on Friday.

Rawai, who came with his wife and 3 children, says they got other household items throughout the week to furnish their home in Sakoca.

He says he has been planning from the beginning of the year for Fiji Showcase and adds he could not believe the prices of the goods today.

The Kadavu farmer says he cannot wait to watch the Paris Olympics 7s competition on his new TV and he is super excited to gift his wife and children the things he bought.

Rawai also thanked Communications Fiji Limited for organising an event of this magnitude as it brought people and families together.

He adds he cannot wait for next year's Fiji Showcase to see what it has to offer.
