Get ready to pay more for minibus fares as they are going up for certain routes from Monday.
The minibus fare for Suva-Nausori via Kings Road will go up to $2.40 from $1.50 while the fare for Nadi-Lautoka, Ba-Lautoka and Ba-Tavua routes will be $2.90.
According to the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission, the new minibus fare for Sigatoka-Lautoka route will be $12.10 while the Korovou-Nausori route will cost you $3.20.
FCCC says these interim fares will remain in force until 31st March 2023 unless earlier revoked, amended or varied by the Commission.
