People’s Alliance Leader, Sitiveni Rabuka stresses the Media Industry Development Act which was brought in as a decree is like a sword hanging over everybody’s head and ready to drop.
Rabuka says it means nothing if in his defence, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says no one has been prosecuted under the Media Act.
He stresses Sayed-Khaiyum prefers the media industry operating in the fear of his law.
