Benedito Ravai of Marist Brothers High School who won a gold medal in the intermediate boys shot put has dedicated his win to his late grandmother who passed away on Thursday night.
Ravai says his grandmother raised him since birth and also motivated him during his preparation for the 2024 Coca-Cola Games.
Ravai says he promised his grandmother that he will win a gold medal this year.
