A 54-year-old Nadi woman is currently admitted at the CWM Hospital after being allegedly attacked by her husband over the weekend.
Police say the woman was allegedly hit on the wrist with a cane knife after a heated argument.
According to Police, the 58-year-old husband has been charged with one count of attempted murder.
He was granted bail by the Nadi Magistrates Court yesterday.
The woman was rushed to the Nadi Hospital before transferred to Suva’s CWM Hospital.
