A man in his 20s will appear in the Tavua Magistrates Court today charged with theft of livestock while two others were also taken into custody for their alleged involvement in similar cases.

Police say between February to March, three reports of livestock theft were recorded from Dakavono, Toko, Vatukoula.

The animals were recovered earlier this week at a vacant grazing land in Vatukoula and returned to the complainants by Police.

Police say this morning investigators managed to arrest two men who were also allegedly involved in a series of livestock theft in the Vatukoula area.
