Man produced in court for fatal Nadi hit and run accident

The man who allegedly caused the death of a 30-year-old man in a hit and run accident along Korociri Back Road in Nadi last week appeared in a special court sitting yesterday.

The 30-year-old man from Nawaka, Nadi is charged with one count of careless driving occasioning death and one count of failure to comply with requirements following a traffic accident.

He has been granted bail and the case has been adjourned to the 28th of March.
