Man hands himself to police after allegedly killing woman with a cane knife

A woman has passed away after she was allegedly attacked by a man with a cane knife in Tomuka, Lautoka this afternoon.

Police have confirmed that the suspect handed himself over to the Nadi Police Station after the incident.

They say more details of the incident will be disclosed later.

It is also believed that the man set the woman’s double-storey house on fire and killed her two dogs.
