This confirmation has come from Sharma's counsel.

The matter was listed to be called tomorrow before Suva Magistrate Vinaina Diroiroi, however, it was called yesterday morning.

Questions have been sent to the Office of the Chief Registrar. They are yet to respond.

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions has referred questions to the court.

Meanwhile, Sharma has been granted bail and the ODPP did not object to bail.

He will take his plea on the 14th of January, next year.
