A 37-year-old man who is alleged to have stolen food items, cigarettes and alcohol worth $38,617.48 has been remanded in custody.
Aaron Rohill Deo is charged with theft.
The alleged incident occurred between the 13th of January and the 24th of April, 2013 in Suva.
Deo has been asked to file a formal bail application and the case has been adjourned to 9th February 2018.
