Ledua Gudru, who is jointly charged with Zoe Maharaj in relation to the alleged possession of a grenade and methamphetamine, has been granted bail.
Gudru's case has been consolidated with Maharaj's case after the matter was heard this morning before Suva Magistrate Joseph Daurewa.
Magistrate Daurewa instructed Gudru not to reoffend while on bail, not to change his residential address without notifying the court, not to interfere with State witnesses, and to report to Raiwaqa Police Station every Saturday between 11pm and 5am.
Meanwhile, Maharaj has been further remanded in custody.
The two are charged with one count of unlawful possession of illicit drugs, one count of possession of property suspected to be proceeds of crime, one count of possession of break-in implements, and one count of unlawful possession of explosives.
Gudru and Maharaj were allegedly found in possession of a grenade and 0.111 grams of methamphetamine on February 13 in Delainavesi.
The matter has been adjourned to next Wednesday for the hearing of Maharaj's bail application.
