The Pre-Trial Conference for Apisai Madigibuli, who allegedly murdered his 25-year-old wife last year, has been adjourned to tomorrow.

This follows a request from his lawyer, Timoci Varinava who says they need time to go through the DNA report with his client.

Varinava also requested in court for the Pre-Trial Conference to proceed from tomorrow.

State lawyer Monisha Naidu told the court that they have no objection to the accused reviewing the DNA report with his lawyer and agreed that the Pre-Trial Conference can begin tomorrow.

It is alleged that Madigibuli killed his wife at an apartment complex along Robertson Road in Suva in April last year.
