Liverpool wins Carabao Cup after beating Chelsea 11-10 in penalties

Liverpool has won the Carabao Cup final after beating Chelsea 11-10 in penalties.

Both teams were tied nil all after extra time.

Goals by Chelsea’s Romelu Lukaku and Kai Havertz in extra time were ruled out for being offside.
