Let us all celebrate Diwali in a clean and safe way and take a pledge to contribute to protecting the environment.
This has been highlighted by the Acting National President of the Shree Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha of Fiji, Dhirendra Nand in his Diwali message.
He says we are lucky Diwali has always been a public holiday in Fiji which gives us the time to visit families and friends and also pay visits to the under privileged and sick people in the society. Nand has also extended greetings and best wishes to all Sanatan Dharm followers and fellow Fijians
He adds Diwali is the festival of victory of good over evil and light over darkness.
