Lelean and Nasinu through to U18 Deans quarterfinals

Lelean Memorial School and Nasinu Secondary School have booked their places in the Vodafone Super Deans U18 National quarter finals after winning their respective playoff matches this afternoon.

Lelean edged Bucalevu Secondary School 18-15 and Nasinu thrashed Nabala Secondary School 57-10.

Looking at other results, Lelean beat St.Bedes College 24-6 and Marist Brothers High School defeated Immaculate Conception College 29-17 in the U15 grade, Holy Cross College thrashed Sila Central High School 43-5 and Gospel High School thumped Labasa Sangam College 27-3 in the U16 grade, Shiri Guru Nanak Khalsa College edged QVS 28-27, Nasinu Secondary School thrashed Navatu Secondary School 66-10 in the U17 grade, RKS beat Navatu Secondary School 34-24 and Naitasiri Secondary School beat Bua Central College 24-8 in the U19 grade.

In the Weet-bix Raluve quarterfinals, Dreketi Central College beat St. Vincents College 14-12, Adi Cakobau School edged St. Theresa of Lisicux College 12-7, Sigatoka Methodist College thumped Lomaivuna High School 43-12 and Ratu Latianara College thrashed Navatu Secondary School 31-5 in the U16 grade.

In the U18 grade, Natabua High beat ACS 12-5, Muaniweni College drew 12-all with Shri Gurunanak College but the win was given to Muaniweni College as they scored the first try, Jasper Williams High School defeated Nasinu Secondary School 40- 20 and MGM High beat Bucalevu Secondary School 23-10.
