Minister for Education Aseri Radrodro emphasised this to the newly inducted prefects at the Adi Cakobau School Prefects during their Investiture Ceremony.
Radrodro also highlighted the importance of parental involvement in students’ education, urging parents to continue supporting and guiding their children in their academic journey.
He expressed his belief that students who are happy and healthy are more likely to succeed.
The Minister also emphasized the importance of teamwork between schools, teachers, parents, and the community in addressing social challenges like mental health, substance abuse, and school dropouts.
He congratulated the new prefects and wished all students and teachers at ACS a successful academic year ahead.
