Labasa College defeated Labasa Muslim College 2-0 in the U15 Fiji Secondary Schools IDC playoffs in the Northern Division.

The score at half-time was nil-all.

Labasa College coach Roneel Ram says the team has been under a lot of pressure as they are the defending champions in the U15 boys’ category of the Fiji Secondary Schools IDC.

He says they have to give their very best to retain their title.

The coach says there was a game plan in place, and while the boys did not follow it in the first half, they regrouped and tried to stick to it in the second half, which allowed them to score two goals and secure the win.

He adds that Labasa Muslim College has been a worthy opponent, and they have faced them on several occasions.
