Kartik Aaryan to play a journalist in his next film, Dhamaka

Bollywood actor, Kartik Aaryan has revealed on his birthday that he will be starring in a thriller called Dhamaka which will be releasing next year.

Aaryan will play a journalist who covers the live broadcast of a terror attack in Mumbai.

Aaryan, who turned 30 yesterday, posted the first look of the film on Twitter.

The motion poster features Aaryan dressed in a blue suit, sporting long hair and wearing spectacles - looking out of a window at a burning bridge.

Dhamaka gives a bird's eye view into the workings of a news channel.
