Kamikamica wants to see more NRL games in Fiji

Melbourne Storm prop Tui Kamikamica says he would like to see more National Rugby League games in Fiji in the future.

Kamikamica says this would also be good for the development of rugby league in Fiji.

He says as soon as he heard that the club was bringing a game to Fiji, he could not wipe the smile off his face.

He says he is looking forward to their game against the Newcastle Knights as they have picked a good team and it is also the last game before the season kicks off in Round 1.

The Taveuni man says he cannot wait to see his family and friends come out to see them play on Saturday as it is a historic match.

Melbourne Storm hooker and captain, Harry Grant says they have very strong Fijian ties in their club so it is about soaking in the culture this week, but in the back of their minds they have a game to play.

The Melbourne Storm play the Newcastle Knights at 2.45pm Saturday at Churchill Park, Lautoka.
