High Court Judge, Justice Riyaz Hamza has told escorting officers to bring accused persons to court on time.

He made these comments after a accused person was brought to court about 1 and a half hour late yesterday.

The man was kept at the Nabua Police Station as he is not vaccinated.

Justice Hamza told the escorting officers to get another driver if they are facing driver issues and to ensure that the man is brought to court on time on the next date.

The Judge also told the accused that it is his choice if he wants to get vaccinated or not and the court cannot do anything about it.

The case will be called again on 22nd February.
