Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s coach Osea Kolinisau has made it clear to the current extended squad members that it is not only about on-field performances.
Kolinisau says he has stressed that they need to be raising the standards off the field as well.
He says most of the players were a bit shocked with the transition from the training they do in their respective clubs to the training they encountered in the National 7s camp.
Kolinisau confirmed that there are a few injuries in the squad and they are recovering well and the trainers do not want to push these injured players.
He will be naming the team in the second week of November.
The Dubai 7s will be held from the 30th of November to the 1st of December 2024.
