The investigation file into the case where 5 juveniles allegedly stoned the Baba Ragho Dass Vishnu Kuti temple in Sawani, Nausori, last week is being summarised for submission to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Police says investigators will await independent legal advice from the ODPP before pursuing the next course of action.
The five are alleged to have stoned a temple in Sawani last week while devotees were holding prayers.
Meanwhile, the 5 have apologised to the temple leaders who are yet to forgive them.
