New India Assurance signs MOU with Post Fiji Limited

Fijians can now easily access and learn more about insurance as Fiji's largest insurance company, New India Assurance, has partnered with Post Fiji Limited.

Post Fiji Limited CEO Dr Anirudha Bansod says says all insurance services will be provided by their 58 outlets around Fiji.

Dr Bansod says their staff will be trained by the personnel from the insurance company so they are able to provide the services to the ordinary Fijians.

Meanwhile, the Chief Operating Officer of New India Assurance Meenakshi Sundaram Rama says this is a milestone achievement of the company as they have been providing insurance to Fijians since 1954.

She says they believe this partnership is in-line with their vision of extending customer service points to the remotest corner of Fiji.

Rama says with this partnership, Fijians will be able to buy NIA's policies and avail other related services at any Post Fiji outlets.

She adds this will also enhance the bouquet of services offered by Post Fiji and is in tune with their vision of being a partner of choice in more than just postal services.
