Police are questioning an Indian national following the discovery of his business partner's body in Rarawai, Ba.
They were running a clothing business in Ba and renting at Lane 25 in Rarawai.
On Saturday, a carrier driver who was loading a drum saw what looked like blood and alerted Police.
A search conducted in a nearby cane field led to the discovery of the man's body.
