Battle of the Barrett’s part two is off, with the Hurricanes set to rule out their All Blacks fullback Jordie Barrett for a second straight match.

Rated a 50-50 prospect by coach Jason Holland earlier this week, it is understood that Jordie’s shoulder injury has not improved sufficiently for him to be included to face the Scott Barrett-led Crusaders in Wellington on Sunday.

Holland is expected to name his side this afternoon.

Meanwhile, Isaia Walker-Leawere is in the Hurricanes squad for this season while Sevu Reece and Manasa Mataele are in the Crusaders squad.

The Hurricanes will take on the Crusaders at 3.35pm Sunday while the other match this week is between the Blues and the Chiefs at 7.05pm tomorrow.
